Why Strong Fuel?

Stress starts getting the better of you.

You end up with no energy at the end of the day.

You can’t seem to stay focused.

You’re nowhere near as productive as you know you could be.

You get sick every time you travel.

You’re dealing with aches and pains that you didn’t used to have.

Headaches are the new normal.

And you’re frustrated because you know that you’re not reaching your full potential.

So you work harder, try to push through, make it work.

And you end up getting even less done and feeling even more run down.

So you turn to Google to help you figure out how to deal with the stress.

Instead of useful information, and proven strategies, you’re finding lots of vague, wishy-washy fluff that you can’t actually implement.

Or approaches that are so impractical or dogmatic that just trying to implement them adds more stress to your plate.

Not useful.

Thankfully, it’s really not that complicated, and there really are strategies and tools that work.

What’s different about Strong Fuel?

At Strong Fuel, my approach is all about getting the most bang for your buck. Brain

That means diving into the research and pulling out the useful information for you.

Sometimes that also means bringing you tools and strategies that haven’t been formally studied yet, but have been tested in the real world, on real people like you and me.

This is not some vague “lets dive deep into your feelings” stuff.

The tools and strategies I teach are real, they’re trackable, and most importantly, they work.

So who am I?

I’m a science geek.

That's me, Claudia.I have an Honours degree in Biology and Psychology from the University of St Andrews in Scotland, a leading research university.

While I was there, I worked on some truly cutting edge research in the field of cognition.

I went back to school to take classes in chemistry, physics and nutrition, because it was fun.

I go to conferences and lectures on neuroscience, cognition, behaviour and biochemistry every chance I get.

I actually enjoy reading peer-reviewed scientific journals, and drilling down into the data.

I’m constantly testing things, big and small, on myself to see what effects they have, and I track my results.

Like I said, I’m a science geek.

I discovered these tools and strategies because I needed them, and when I searched for information, I found the same stuff you did – a whole lot of fluff.

So I went back to basics, and started testing things out for myself, looking into the research, and keeping track of everything along the way.

And I’m still learning, every day. I’m constantly on the lookout for new tools that I can bring to you.

Why is this important?

I believe that we’re most fulfilled when we’re showing up as the best version of ourselves every day.

That doesn’t happen if we’re letting stress get in the way.

You’re creating some incredible changes in the world, and I’m here to help you do more of that, by taking the problem of stress off the table, for good.

You’re not going to get rid of stress, (and quite frankly, you wouldn’t want to), but I can teach you the tools and strategies you need to be in control, so that when that negative stress hits you, you can instantly reduce its impact, bounce back more quickly, and keep it from coming back.

I’m all about helping you live with the chaos that is daily life without losing your cool.

So what’s up with the name Strong Fuel?

Strong Fuel represents that fire that pushes us to new heights, that breaks down the barriers, that exposes our true potential.

What I teach is all about giving you the inner strength and the fuel you need to go build something better, to achieve more, to come up with better solutions, to reach for your full potential.

When you show up as the best version of you, you serve as a role model for others to do the same.

That takes inner strength and the right fuel, hence Strong Fuel.
